Returns and Exchanges

We love our products 100% and take extra care to select brands with highest quality standards only but if you are not completely satisfied and do not wish to keep a product, we’ll offer you an exchange or refund.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and returns will be subject to delivery costs (except for faulty products).

All returned products must be unused and in the condition you received them. Items on sale can not exchanged or returned.

We offer free exchange in store. Alternatively we can arrange the exchange for a service fee of 30AED.*

*Within UAE only. For other countries actual courier charges apply.
